NLTG were at Stevenage Radio & Electronics Show at Stevenage Leisure Centre, Hertfordshire in February 2005.  Running the NLTG stand were John G4DVG,  Duncan G7VVF, Vas G0VAS, George G8ACT and Roger G8IUC.

We all thought that last years show was to be the last, as the organisation that ran the previous shows had disbanded.  However the Southgate Amateur Radio managed to organise a show at Stevenage.  Although the attendance wasn't huge, we had several interested people visit our stand and there were some bargains to be had on other stands, anyone mention batteries?  Let's hope in the forthcoming years the attendances will rise and the show will be as big as it was in the Pickett's Lock days.

The aim of the stand was to encourage growth in amateur TV, this was done with practical demonstrations of what is needed to receive and transmit TV.

Video links on 23cm and 13cm were set up in the hall and displayed on two TVs. George G8ACT and John G4DVG provided 13cm and 23cm feeds respectively from their ATV equipped vans in the car park.  Vas G0VAS and Roger G8IUC provided 13cm feeds from various locations inside the hall.  Duncan G7VVF provided a computer slideshow of images of GB3EN.
